This page explains what happens to the information you send us through this website. It is written to be read, not to be impressive.
What we collect
Only what you type into the booking form:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your car, as you describe it
- What you tell us is wrong with it
We do not ask for payment details on this website, and you should never send them to us through it.
Why we collect it
To call you back and book your car in. That is the only reason. We do not use it for marketing, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell it or share it with anyone who wants to advertise to you.
Where it goes
Your enquiry is sent to our own inbox, and to the service that runs the form on this website. Those services store it on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for anything else.
We may share your information where the law requires it, or where it is genuinely needed to carry out work on your vehicle.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to look after your car and our records, and no longer than the law requires us to. If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store small amounts of information to make the page work properly, and nothing on this site follows you around the internet.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, and ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will deal with it. Under Canadian privacy law you may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada if you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information.
