What it costs before we start
The inspection has a price. So you know we are not paid to find things.
A shop that inspects for free has to make that time back somewhere, and that somewhere is the repair it recommends. We charge for the looking and we show you everything we found, whether you have the work done here or not.

The questions people actually ask
Asked before every booking, so we answer them here.
What if you find something else once the car is on the ramp?
We stop and call you. You get a photo of what we found and a price for it. If you say no, we finish the job you booked and nothing else.
Will the final bill match the quote?
Yes, unless you approve a change first and in writing. The quote keeps parts and labour separate so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
How long will I be without my car?
We tell you before you book, not after. Most diagnostics are same day. If a part has to come in, you get the date before you leave the counter.
Do you use genuine parts?
We offer both and we show you the price of each. Some jobs deserve the genuine part and some really do not, and we will tell you which is which.
Is the warranty real?
24 months on parts and labour, written on every invoice. Bring it back and we fix it.
